Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Invoice Watch application (the "Service") operated by Invoice Watch ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the restaurant or business you register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Your account

  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration and onboarding.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
  • You may invite team members to your restaurant workspace; you are responsible for their access and actions.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or attempts to disrupt or compromise the Service. You are solely responsible for the invoice files and data you upload.

Subscription and billing

  • The Service is offered as a monthly subscription billed through Stripe.
  • A free trial may be offered; after it ends, your subscription begins automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; existing subscribers keep the current rate until renewal.

AI extraction accuracy

The Service uses AI to extract data from uploaded invoices. Results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it for purchasing or accounting decisions.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, including its design, software, and branding. You retain all rights to the data you upload. By uploading invoice files, you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you.

Service availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice where appropriate.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms here and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
